So where do all the good things go?

Good360 Australia’s new Brand Identity Design & Direct Response Marketing Campaign helped the brand to raise $1M in 24hrs, plus secure large volumes of free national advertising across leading media channels in conjunction to driving annual customer acquisition and sales targets. 

Good360.org is an international not-for-profit organisation that connects brand new surplus excess stock from leading retailers to charities and people in need. 

Whilst saliency was high in the USA, Good360 Australia needed to build their brand from the ground up and create a brand story that effectively communicated their who, what and why to a diverse range of audiences.

The challenge was simplifying the brand’s complex proposition into a single brand narrative that conveyed a new idea and way of doing business for charities, major retailers, and Australia’s largest CSR teams.

Commencing with an in-depth Brand Immersion and Discovery phase, specific challenges and opportunities for each individual stakeholder group were explored then developed into a comprehensive Brand Positioning Program, Brand Narrative, Tone of Voice Strategy, Direct Response Marketing Strategy and Visual Identity Design, Online Toolkit and Website Design that encapsulates Good360’s story in a simple, compelling way.

Comprehensive Tone of Voice Guidelines were developed stipulating how key messages were to be adapted to suit each specific target audience. 

From the website design, digital display ads and eDM mailouts, to point-of-sale collateral, outdoor advertising, social media guidlines, brand identity design and radio scripts, Good360’s story remains on-brand across every touchpoint, delivering strong ongoing ROI for the brand.
