Cara Richardson.

Executive Creative Director

Driven by a passion to see other's succeed, Cara draws upon 18 years cross-sector industry experience to deliver sharp strategic insights that get results for clients. As head of Strategic Services her collaborative fluid approach is underpinned by her relentless pursit to push bounds and to look beyond the typical response.

Bryan Micallef.

Strategic Account Director

Bryan brings a decade of Advertising experience to Saltree, having worked alongside some of Australia’s favourite brands such as Holden, The Salvation Army, Birds Eye, Village Theme Parks, Realestate.com.au and The Australian Open. Bryan also runs an internationally exhibited and awarded furniture company and enjoys long walks to work with Winnie!

Min Ker.

Design Director

Bringing brands and campaigns to life is in Min's blood. Having worked both internationally and interstate, Min has settled in Melbourne to lead the Saltree design team to the next level and we’re always excited by his latest food recommendations (ox tongue, anyone?). With a black coffee in hand, design skills at the ready and tons of experience, Min directs and delivers top notch creative with unbeatable results. His current favourite colour is PMS 9021 ‘Pale Dogwood’.

Marina Rolfe.

Strategic Designer

Having worked for clients such as KFC, Thiess, Michael Hill and Telstra, building brands through design, photography and illustration is Marina's driving force at Saltree. Having kicked off her career in Russia, via top agencies in Brisbane and now settling in Melbourne, Marina has a proven track record in creating exceptional work with a touch of class. A talented photographer, Marina's multiple creative outlets extend well beyond the screen — in particular wielding a brush as an accomplished and exhibiting painter.

Louise Karch.

Name Whisperer & Brand Storyteller

Louise is our NAMEfluencer and epic storyteller. She’s the author of the upcoming NAMEfluence - How to Name Your Brand for Maximum Influence. Louise has named businesses, charities, books, plays, radio shows, choirs and even a church. She’s a recovering comic and Lycra-wearing figure skating champ who combines her Master’s in Education, Accreditation as a Master Professional Coach and award-winning writing to give you a fresh, fun approach to make your naming and storytelling easy and powerful.

Connie Watters.

Account Executive

With a love and passion for marketing strategy and a background in Advertising, Connie brings to the team strong social media and digital marketing skills for Saltree’s key clients. An avid traveler, adventure seeker and TV show enthusiast, Connie is always up for a chat about the latest Netflix drama.

Rhian Streeter.

Account Executive

With a background in Marketing, Rhian joined Saltree with a knack for generating creative ideas and communicating them through flawless strategy. Her commitment to communication ensures she nurtures relationships to build trust with brands. With a background in PR and Digital Marketing, Rhian brings a new eye, drawing on her passions for adventure, travel, and growing her own healthy harvests.

Sophie Rogers.

Community Manager

From the UK, Sophie has 2 years experience working as a social media executive for PepsiCo FMGC brands, and 17 years experience drinking cups of tea. In her spare time she does her own illustration work and paints ceramics, and is still exploring Australia! 

Kerry Lennon.

Creative Studio Manager

An accomplished creative services and studio manager that just makes it happen. With more than 10+ years of experience working with some world-class agencies and clients on both sides of the globe. Kerry has a passion for sewing and crafting costumes in her spare time and searching for the perfect mac n’ cheese has become an obsession.
